ENEOS MotoGP 2025 Creative Photo Contest – Terms and Conditions

1. Organiser

The “ENEOS MotoGP 2025 Creative Photo Contest” (“Contest”) is organised by ENEOS Oil & Energy Asia Pte. Ltd. (“the Organiser”).

By participating in the Contest, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to all residents of Malaysia aged 18 and above.

Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of the Organiser, its affiliates, and partners are not eligible to participate.

The Organiser reserves the right to verify participants’ eligibility and disqualify any entry deemed ineligible or non-compliant with these Terms.

3. Contest Period

The Contest runs from 24 October 2025 to 26 October 2025, both dates inclusive (“Contest Period”).

Entries submitted after the Contest Period shallnot be accepted.

The Organiser reserves the right to modify or extend the Contest Period at its discretion without prior notice.

4. Contest Mechanics

To participate:

  1. a) Take a creative photo of yourself related to ENEOS at the ENEOS MotoGP 2025 booth, ensuring that both you and the ENEOS booth are visible in the same image.
  2. b) Post the photo on your Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok account, tag or mention @ENEOS (official handle), and ensure your post is publicly visible.
  3. c) Follow and like Organiser’s official social media account on the platform used.

Only posts made during the Contest Period shallbe considered valid entries.

Each participant may submit multiple entries, but only one prize may be awarded per participant.

Entries that are obscene, offensive, plagiarised, or violate intellectual property rights shall be disqualified.

5. Selection of Winners

Winners will be selected based on creativity and originality, at the sole discretion of the Organiser.

The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Contest, including the selection of winners, is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.

Winners will be announced within 30 days after the Contest end date via Organiser’s official social media channels or direct message.

6. Prizes

Prizes for the Contest are as follows:

– 1 x Grand Prize: MYR 1,500 Touch ’n Go reload credit

– 10 x Consolation Prizes: ENEOS goodies worth up to MYR 300 each

All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other items.

The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value without prior notice.

7. Prize Delivery and Liability

Prizes will be delivered via email or any other method determined by the Organiser.

Once the prize has been sent, the Organiser shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, delay, or misplacement, including issues arising from hacked, inaccessible, or inactive email accounts.

It is the winner’s sole responsibility to ensure their email account and contact details are accurate and secure.

8. Intellectual Property and Content Usage

By entering the Contest, participants grant the Organiser a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, and publish their submitted photos for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes without further consent or compensation. Furthermore, participants waive and agree not to assert any moral rights (including the rights of attribution and integrity) in relation to their entry to the Contest, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Participants warrant that their submitted photos are original works and do not infringe any third-party rights.

The Organiser reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry that violates intellectual property laws or community guidelines.

9. Personal Data Protection

By participating in the Contest, participants consent to the Organiser’s collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data (such as your name, telephone number, mailing address, email address) for the purpose of administering the Contest, announcing winners, delivering prizes, and related publicity. Furthermore, participants consent to the transfer of their personal data outside of Malaysia, including but not limited to Singapore and other countries where the Organizer may maintain data processing facilities. Personal data shall be handled in accordance with Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010

10. Changes to Terms

The Organiser reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the Contest, including these Terms and Conditions, prizes, or any part thereof, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Continued participation after such changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Disqualification

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be:

  1. a) Violating these Terms and Conditions;
  2. b) Using fraudulent means or unfair practices;
  3. c) Submitting inappropriate or misleading content.

Disqualified entries shall not be eligible for prizes, even if announced as winners.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred by participants or any third party arising from participation in the Contest or the use of any prize.

The Contest is provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied.

The Organiser shall not be responsible for any technical errors, network issues, or platform malfunctions (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) affecting participation or communication.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
